“Winging It” is NOT a good strategy for facilitation!
This session will explore:
• Active listening – Are you really hearing what others are really saying?
• Group dynamics – Are you Developing trust, teaming, and authentic collaboration among the group.
• Communication skills – Knowing “how to” present yourself ensuring that what you say is heard and understood.
• Critical thinking – Pulling together the fragments of the message into a whole to form a better understanding helping people synthesize what has been said.
This hands on session will explore these 4 things you MUST understand to be a GREAT facilitator!
