Abstract:
This workshop will take participants on a boot camp to learn the skills of customer journey design with the focus on designing specific emotions across interaction channels.
This is where CX meets UX. This interactive workshop teaches the art and science of customer journey mapping.
Participants will experience the magic of design thinking through storytelling, use of metaphors, persona development and team collaboration.
