Jason Tice has over 15 years of experience using collaborative activities and games to help organizations, their teams and their customers achieve clarity and alignment to enable high performance. More recently, Jason has led efforts to adapt collaboration frameworks familiar to agile development teams to be used for executive leadership strategy, human resource activities, and brokering large business partnerships. He currently works as a product strategist at World Wide Technology where he uses collaborative methods to decompose complex Information Technology challenges into simple building blocks to which specific products and services can be aligned and insights for new products can also be identified. Jason is a frequent presenter at Agile conferences, host of public open space events in the Midwest, and has previously supported efforts to organize the annual Agile Games conference.
