I'm an Agile pragmatists with a strong interest in first principles over specific frameworks. I believe Agile is primarily a way to manage uncertainty and the biggest uncertainty is in figuring out the "right thing" to focus our efforts on, so much of my coaching is around goal-centered approaches, HDD, full-stack Agile etc.
